	The Birthmother Tree ~ This site "is a place of contemplation, reflection, and healing for all Birthmothers." Add your name to the birthmother tree!
	Adoption.Com ~ This site could be considered adoption headquarters. There is information for any member of the adoption triad as well as chat rooms, forums, and information about laws.
	The Real Moms Newsletter - This is primarily targeted to Adoptive Mothers, but this site also shares some touching poems and letters both by and to birthparents. Includes archives of past editions.
	Adoption Poetry ~ If you are a lover of poetry, or even just want to see in print what love can put on paper, use this link (a section of adoption.com). There are literally hundreds of poems and writings here, all related to adoption.
	Poetry - This site features poetry for and by birthmoms.
	*Adoption Puzzle - A web site to help others who are searching for their members of their birth family.*
	Let's Talk Adoption - This radio show broadcast on Internet Radio is hosted by Lifetime Foundation founder, Mardie Caldwell. Check out the live broadcasts or listen to archives. All the shows relate to adoption and vary.

Mailing Lists

Mailing lists are also a great way to find support! You can join these groups where people support and converse via email.

	*Heart of the Triad - This list is for members of any part of the triad. We offer support for adoption as well as adoption issuses.*
	*1950's adoption - This list is for searching adoptees or birth parents involved in adoptions that took place in the 1950's.*
	*Birthmom - This mailing list is for birthmothers of any age who are experiencing open or closed adoptions.*
	*Birthfathers - This list is for birthfathers only! It is moderated by Don Taylor, a birthfather and was created to give support and assistance.*

Other Resources

While being a birthmother and receiving support for the issues that come along with being a birthmother is important, there may be times in which you need resources that are un-related to adoption. Below are a few resources that some women may find helpful.
